Job Role:
Agency Manager – Agency West (Mumbai)

Role Responsibilities:

• Find and hire good insurance advisors to build a strong team

• Give training on products, sales skills, and company processes

• Help advisors with leads, finding customers, and growing business

• Make sure advisors offer the right financial products to customers

• Meet monthly targets for new business and hiring advisors

• Ensure all work follows company rules and quality standards

• Be the first point of contact for customer questions or issues

• Willing to travel and work in different locations as needed

Mumbai
